Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, CHECKS (orders by checks may be held while the check clears, uncleared checks are subject to a returned check banking fee of up to $20.00), MONEY ORDERS, and PAYPAL.
PAYPAL USERS:Paypal users, you will need to log into paypal directly. Copy and paste this email address for payment strvingartistmp@aol.com If you prefer you can request we send you a paypal invoice.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please pay by international money orders or PAYPAL. Our System has difficulty processing credit cards drawn on international banks. If your card is not initially accepted by the system there will be delays processing your order. We are working on this problem. In the mean time we suggest payment by paypal to avoid possible delays.
Company Policies
WEBSITE SALES AND DISCOUNT CODES: Website sales and discount codes are valid on NEW orders placed directly thru the shopping cart. Codes are entered into the discount code box located in your shopping cart. Your shopping cart can be viewed by clicking the link in the menu. After you enter the code click recalculate. If you do not see the discount applied stop there and contact us, it isnt working properly. If you continue thru checkout you will be charged the total amount as you see it. There is a LIMIT OF 1 CODE PER ORDER. Orders placed with multiple codes will be adjusted correctly or cancelled.
SHOW SPECIALS: In the event you recieve a discount code while attending a stamp show or convention the offer is only valid for ONE week following the show and the discount code must be used PRIOR to checkout for it to apply. Enter the code in the discount code box during checkout. The discount will be applied immediately. If you dont see it in your cart, you didnt get it! Stop and contact us prior to check out. We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We will accept any unused current product in its original package or condition for return or exchange for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. There is a 10% restocking fee on mounted stamps that are returned. There is no refund or exchange available on custom orders. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. You must provide proof of purchase for all refunds and exchanges.
